Income ledger

Every payment from this work, with its exact source.

Zain Dana Harper, sole proprietorUpdated zaindharper@gmail.com

This ledger lists all income from my AI evaluation, investigation and consulting work: client fees, grants, prizes, API credits and any other in-kind support. Each entry names its exact source. The rules it serves, including the 15 percent disclosure and second review, the 50 percent decline and the first-contract statement, are in my independence policy.

How to read an entry

  • Date is the day the income arrived, or the day credits became usable.
  • Source is the party that paid, named exactly. Where a payment passes through an intermediary, both are named.
  • Type is grant, contract, prize, API credits or another named form of in-kind support.
  • Amount is the value in the currency received. API credits are recorded at their stated face value.
  • Share of trailing 12 months is this source's part of all income from this work over the 12 months ending on the entry date, recomputed when each entry is added.
  • Disclosure notes record what the funding rules required: a 15 percent disclosure and second review, a first-contract statement, or a link to findings about that source.

Applications still open

An application is not income. The independence policy lists every open application, with its request and status. An entry appears here only when money or credits arrive.
