Engine Revival.

Engine Revival is a Python tool for building, validating, auditing, indexing, and rendering public-safe metadata about historical engine revivals. It can also generate an out-of-tree BRender CMake harness from a public checkout.

Does not prove: product parity, adoption, performance, legal completeness, or that local 12-target scaffold output equals the external 21-target BRender release.

Boundary

The local 12-target materializer and imported 21-target BRender record are separate evidence scopes. Importing that record does not make it output of the materializer.
