The “WARDEN” page matured into Proof Surface.

The accountability work once staged here under the working name WARDEN grew up and got a clearer name: proof-surface, the write-check (the checkpoint every change has to pass) that turns observed state into allow / deny / needs-human under explicit human delegation.
